What does the ordering process look like?

After our initial conversation, we prepare a detailed quotation. Once you're happy, we require a 30% deposit to begin production. Your sauna is then handcrafted over 8-10 weeks. Before delivery, we send you an approval video. Finally, your sauna is picked up or delivered, with optional professional installation.

We require 30% when placing the order and 70% just before the sauna is picked up or delivered.

How do I prepare the installation site?

The ground must be stable and level. We recommend paving stones or a concrete slab that is at least 10cm larger than the sauna footprint on all sides. A foundation plan is included with your order to guide your preparation.

Can you deliver to my country?

Will you install the sauna?

Our electric heater models require a three-phase electrical connection. Specific cable requirements are provided with your order. You are responsible for having a qualified electrician run the electrical services before installation.
