We start with a conversation to learn about your preferences. After that, we prepare a quotation. To confirm the order, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before pickup or delivery.
Production typically takes 8–10 weeks, depending on the model. When your sauna is ready, we send you a video for approval.
You can collect it directly from our facility, or we’ll deliver it to you. Installation is also available in selected locations.

Every site is different.
Our team will work with you to assess the site and come up with the best way to bring a sauna to it’s final location.
The ground should be stable and level. We recommend using paving stones or a concrete slab for the entire area where the sauna will be placed. The foundation should be at least 10 cm larger than the outline of the sauna.
For each sauna, we include a foundation plan and instructions for preparing the substructure, which you will receive with the confirmation of the first payment.
-
Yes, of course we can deliver the finished sauna. The price can be calculated after you give us the location.
We can deliver anywhere in Europe and UK.
-
The sauna is delivered to your destination address. For the installation, every site is different so we examine each project separately whether it makes sense to install it ourself. In many cases, it makes more sense to get a local contractor to do the final installation. Once we have the delivery address, we will examine what’s the best way to go about installation. Even if we can’t install the sauna by our crew, we can guide you remotely and arrange a crane or guide a local contractor.
-
Once the design work and the initial payment is done, our usual lead time for saunas is about 8 to 10 weeks.

Saunas with an electrical heater will require a three-phase connection. Once you choose the sauna, we will give you detailed information about the cable requirements to connect the sauna.
Running the electrical services to your sauna is your responsibility. It’s best to get it done before we arrive with the sauna, so we can connect it for you.
